Prices

All prices quoted are in UK pounds sterling and include delivery (as described below). For orders outside the UK prices and delivery may vary according to country.

Delivery

Delivery can take upto 15 days, FREE DELIVERY ON ALL ORDERS IN THE UK.

Alterations / Cancellations

Alterations to or Cancellation of your order must be notified immediately by calling us on 01535 610165 during office hours and before 9.30am on the day of delivery to ensure that your order has not already been processed and delivered.

Yorkshire RFU reserves the right to cancel any order due to any events that are beyond our reasonable control.

Orders

Please contact us by telephone on 01535 610165 to place an order. By doing this you are consenting to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and those appearing anywhere on the website and authorises us to take payment for the item(s) ordered.

Full payment for all items purchased is required before your order can be despatched. We reserve the right not to process an order if it is believed that the credit transaction may have been made fraudulently. Under such circumstances the customer will be contacted to obtain further information.

Orders cannot be accepted from customers under the age of 18 years.

Complaints

We are fully committed to providing you with the best possible delivery service and we will investigate your complaint and endeavour to respond within five working days. We will keep you informed throughout the complete process and if we are satisfied that your complaint is genuine a replacement or refund will be given. This does not affect your statutory rights as a customer.

Limitation Of Liability

In no event will Yorkshure RFU be liable for any damages including, without limitation, indirect or consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever arising from use or loss of use, data, or profits, whether in action of contract, negligence or other tortuous action, arising out of or in connection with the use of the site.
